LN-TY-C is produced by our company independently developed a solar controller，it is mainly used for solar power generation system, used to control the multi-square solar cells to charge the battery and the battery to the low-voltage load (such as LED lights) or the inverter device for power control equipment. Use high-speed MCU controller and high-precision A / D conversion, battery charging and discharging of the precise control; It has many advantages such as a battery over-discharge, overshoot, anti-charge, trickle charge and so on.
Main features
- Intelligent control is realized by using microprocessor and dedicated control calculation.
- Two load working modes: Pure lighting control, lighting control & timing control. Discharge duration can set by button.
- Scientific management of battery: as it is overcharged, the battery will get boost charge. As a result compulsory maintenance is available for the battery. In normal working state, the direct charge and floating charge are both available, so that the battery life-span is increased. Besides, the adoption of high precision temperature compensation makes the charging more accurate.
- Parameters Settings with power save functions, system model and control parameters, such as important data are stored in chip internally, power is not lost, that after adjusting system work more convenient and reliable.
- Adopted the double MOS series circuit control, PWM charge battery voltage loss of loop is using diode recharging circuit reduces nearly half, charging efficiency, increase 3% - 6% than not PWM, with the PWM fuzzy control in charging, the charge efficiency is improved a lot.
- LED screen shows the working state of charging, discharging and system. Let users understand real-time operating system.
- Various protections include over-charge, over-discharge and connection-reverse protection, all the protections are harmless to any parts and fuse. TVS thunder proof protection is also available. Non wire jumpers design improves the reliability and durability of the products.

Load working mode and discharge duration Settings
This controller has changed load output mode and discharge duration changed function.
Two load working modes: lighting control and lighting&timing control , it is choose through the different connection mode, that as the photo of Interface Specifications, the connection mode are load(lighting control) and load(lighting control & delay). Two load mode can choose only one or also use two, but when the two modes are choose as output, total load output current is not more than rated voltage.
The change of discharge duration through button the control panel of the controller, 4 delay time optional: 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours. Each click buttons, long delay switch to the next choice, indicator light will indicate the choose item. The set of discharge duration only useful below the load output mode of lighting control & delay.
